Here is the classic Mid-lock by inter-frame master Steve Hoel. It has the traditional Clip-point blade and wonderful inlays of flawless presentation grade Amber. As with all of Steve’s masterpieces the fit and finish is flawless and the knife opens and closes with astonishing smoothness.
The engraving is by Italian Gun Engraving Master Gianfranco Pedersoli. The subtlety of Gianfranco’s engraving has to been seen to be believed, and he is one of the most highly regarded masters in this style.
The entire frame is engraved including the edges which we have rarely seen before. This piece also comes from the famous Suzuki Collection in Japan.
Gianfranco has not engraved a lot of knives which means they rarely come to market – so don’t miss this opportunity to acquire something truly rare and exquisite.
