Comments: It's hard to imagine someone more famous or highly regarded in the realm of custom folding knives. Ron Lake is not only a living legend as well as the originator of the Inter-frame folding knife, but he is one of the most accomplished makers of custom knives period.
This knife is an Ultra-rare Giant Sierra Model with Gold-Pins, Gold Toopick and Spear-point blade with a swedge. There are only five Lakes on the planet with this blade shape and only three of them are in this super large size. This is also the only Lake we've seen with the thumb grooves on top of the frame.
It would be hard to imagine a more rare Lake with these special features!.
The knife opens and closes as if it has glass bearings, and the fit and finish is just what you would expect -flawless! As you can imagine a Lake folding Inter-frame is just about as close to knife making perfection as you can get. No serious collection of modern custom folding knives is complete without a Lake - and here is your chance to own one of the best of the best! Perfect for engraving.
