Comments: It's hard to imagine someone more famous or highly regarded in the realm of custom folding knives. Ron Lake is not only a living legend as well as the originator of the Inter-frame folding knife, but he is one of the most accomplished makers of custom knives period. This knife is the super-rare large Lake fighter-blade tail-lock complete with stunning Gold and Multi-color G 10 inlays. Delivered in 2019, this knife is just about new. 

Lakes 4 inches or more closed are extremely rare and Lakes that size with a fighter blade are almost unheard of! In this case the fighter-blade is of un-etched stainless Damascus contrasted by an etched Damascus release tab.

It also has solid Rose Gold Pins, the ultra-rare thumb grooves on top of the frame and the Double Logo with reverse normally reserved for AKI knives.

The knife opens and closes as if it has glass bearings, and the fit and finish is just what you would expect -flawless! As you can imagine a Lake folding Inter-frame is just about as close to knife making perfection as you can get.
