Comments: Long time members of the prestigious Art Knife Invitational (AKI), Ron and his famous dad Ray have made some of the most unique and highly sought after knives on the planet.
Each one is an extraordinary adventure in knife making, and there is simply nothing like them anywhere. And given the that there are thousands of knife makers spread across the globe, this is a truly remarkable achievement.
This knife, a wonderful early Push Dagger, was created by father Ray and features one of the justly famous Appleton Rotating-Button Multi-lock Systems. The detail on the blade is extraordinary and the complex grind could only be realized by a true master craftsman.
Sadly Ray Appleton passed away in September of 2011 and will be sorely missed. But of course his great works will live on as long as there are collectors of fine knives.
This is a one of a kind piece and a must have for the serious Appleton collector! Don't miss your chance to own a famous knife with an impeccable pedigree!
