Comments: Collectors everywhere are surely familiar with the fine work of well known Montana knife maker Rick Dunkerley. Rick is an ABS Mastersmith and a Member of the Art Knife Invitational (AKI), the most prestigious knife show in the world.
This two-blade slip joint is brand new from Rick and uses Rick’s own Damascus throughout. The presentation-grade Amber scales have been backed with gold foil and are contrasted by gold screws and a gold escutcheon. The filed liners, bolsters and back-spacer have been case hardened as well as engraved by the maker.
Rick’s work is second to none, and because of the high demand, you don’t usually see these knives on the web. This is a superb example of Rick’s work that doesn’t have a bad angle. A fine piece made flawlessly! Thanks Rick.
