Comments: As you probably already know, these knives are patterned after the famous Bob Loveless Wilderness and Dixon Fighter models , and are authentic down to the last curve and rivet except for one thing, they weren't made by Bob! These stunning Loveless reproductions were made by talented Texas craftsman Mike Lovett. A knife maker for more than 30 years, Mike has worked closely with Bob Loveless and Jim Merritt to accurately capture not only the look but also the exact feel of a genuine Loveless. While many knife makers use the general profile of various Loveless knives to create something of their own, Mike uses the actual Loveless patterns, supplied by Bob, to create a knife that is as close as possible in every way to those coming out of the Loveless shop.

This means the pleasure of owning a Loveless style knife, and even using one, can now be enjoyed by many more people, which was exactly what Bob had in mind when he gave Mike 30 of his most famous patterns. Naturally this knife has outstanding fit and finish, and is true to every dimension of the original Loveless knife, but it's the way it feels in the hand that will really boggle your mind. Mike's work is so good that he is already about three to seven years behind on orders depending on the model, so don't miss a chance to own a piece of a new and an old legend at the same time.
