Comments: A stunning new frame-lock tactical design called the "Mako" by master Matt Lerch.
This knife features a hand-rubbed satin finished blade of 154CPM steel, dual finished Titanium frame, on the flat sides there is a satin finish which helps provide a positive grip and are just plain cool looking, on the curves and edges there is a blasted finish, the frame lock has a hardened lock bar insert, over travel protection, and an Adjustable Detent.
Yes, you read that correctly, you can adjust the detent with a .027 allen wrench. The detent is actually a shaft that is radiused on the end and can be adjusted to customize the tension of the detent to allow a softer or firmer flipping action! Wow! This is a Patent Pending feature.
The fit and finish of this knife is stunning and can be compared to any top maker today. The knife opens and closely smoothly and locks up early with easy release.
The Timascus pocket clip is set for tip-up carry and the back spacer is fully jimped for a secure grip.
This one is brand new direct from Matt.
Matt makes very few knives a year and this is one way to beat the long wait!
Great work Matt.
