Comments: An introduction for a man who needs no introduction!

Larry Fuegen is an ABS Master Smith who is also a long time member of the prestigious Art Knife Invitational (AKI). He is a true sole-author and one of the most interesting and most original blade smiths of this or any other time.

This particular dagger, called Unicorn, and patterned after the famous 15th Century Unicorn sword of Charles the Bold, Duke of Burgundy, is featured on page 132 in David Darom's landmark book "Art and Design in Modern Custom Fixed Blades".

The handle and sheath are of extremely rare Antique Narwhal Tusk and all exposed metal, aside from the blade, has been plated with gold and hand embossed. The butt of the dagger is decorated with six fine Pearls and a single large River-washed Ruby.

According to Larry, the Ruby, Pearls and engraved designs were used on the original sword and were associated with the Order of the Golden Fleece, a Medieval order of knights.

Don't miss this opportunity to own a one-of-a-kind world-class masterpiece by one of the finest artists working today.
