Comments: This John W. Smith folder has it all. And as usual
that means sole authorship. John has done everything on this knife
including forging and bluing the Damascus as well as engraving
the frame with 24 carat gold. And there is a solid gold bale, thumb-stud and solid
gold screws throughout.
The back-strap and spine of the
blade are also gold engraved, and those parts of the back-strap
that are not engraved are filed in the shape of a rope. Cleanly
filed and gold anodized titanium liners set off the blued Damascus, and the flawless Smith trade-mark Sunrise Pearl, just perfectly. Finally,
John’s name is engraved in gold at the base of the blade – the ultimate Smith folder!
