Comments:
Frank Potter is probably one of the hottest makers of knives on the market today. And if you haven’t handled one of Frank’s knives you are in for a treat. First of all there is the heft – when you have a Potter knife in your hand you know it’s there!
Next is the variety and quality of the embellishments. This beauty has a blade and bolsters of Robert Eggerling Damascus. In fact, the Eggerling Damascus in most of Frank Potter’s knives is strictly proprietary and is not sold to any other knife makers! The scales are made of premium fossil mammoth ivory, and the frame liners and back spring are filed and heat colored blue.
Frank made only 17 knives a year, and with his passing they are sure to increase in value with time. A great master who will be missed.
