Here is another knife from German knife maker Dietmar Kressler that can only be described as perfection in steel. Of course Dietmar is best known to collectors as the top maker of integral knives in the world today, and this Inter-frame Drop-point Hunter does not disappoint on that account.
Flawlessly machined from a single piece of RWL-34 steel, the frame has a high polish and the blade a hand-rubbed stain finish for contrast. The beautifully matched Presentation Grade Palm Wood scales and Gold Pins have been so perfectly machined that there is no gap between the inlay and the handle to be found. A perfectly proportioned bail completes the picture. Another stunning Kressler masterpiece!
