Mentor to Steve Johnson and husband of Master Engraver Julie Warenski, Buster has created some of the most lavish, spectacular and flawless daggers ever produced in any time or any place, and this lovely piece is no exception.
To say that integral Warenski knives are few and far between would be a major understatement, and with its perfectly double hollow-ground blade, this fully integral dagger is a showcase of the knife makers art. The scales are of exceptional black-lip pearl embellished with delicate pique work as well as dozens of solid gold pins.
The Warenski name is engraved on a gold escutcheon which is set into the integral guard. And the fancy metal sheath is fully engraved by Master Julie Warenski.
This piece would be a magnificent addition to any collection and must be seen in person to be fully appreciated. Another master knife by a master of knife making! He will be sorely missed.
