Comments: At this point what more can you say about Bob Loveless, that he is the most influential living knife maker, that he is a living legend and more – yes, but even more importantly, Bob is one hell of a knife maker! The classic Boot and Dixon Fighter are two of the most famous and best looking Loveless designs of all.
The double-edged fighters are among the most coveted models still in production at the Loveless shop, and these two, made in Riverside CA, sports a stainless guard and all stainless fittings. They also have the rare Ivory Micarta scales, and are complete with the proper Fighter and Boot sheaths.
The knives are also superbly engraved by deceased artist Dan Wilkerson. Dan engraved many fine Loveless pieces in his career and these are two of the most attractive we’ve seen to date.
These knives were part of the world famous Peppini Collection, and have been published in a variety of well known knife periodicals and books.
No serious modern custom knife collection is complete without at least one of Bob’s knives. And if you are looking for one special Loveless to fill our your collection we don’t think you are likely to see a finer one!
