Comments: Talented South African knife maker and Art Knife Invitational (AKI) member, Bertie Rietveld has done it again with this stunning no holds barred Art Dagger called “Expose” which features his own Dragon Skin Damascus Flanks with Tapering Center of Fracture Damascus.
Bertie is a sole author and this knife is a one of a kind piece that will never be duplicated. All fittings are of carved Titanium with a Gem Grade Dumortierite handle from Mozambique, along with Titanium Ferrules and a carved Titanium pommel and guard.
The knife also features “Take Down Construction” as well as a unique “Stanhope Lens” at the base of the blade, which magically reveals the Rietveld logo when held up to the light! Simply a unique and special piece of work by a unique and special artist – brand new from the maker and the 2025 AKI.
