Comments: This single-bolstered drop-point Gentleman’s Folder is one of our favorite Barry Davis models. It has a lovely shape complimented by outstanding Black-lip Pearl scales and just seems to melt into the hand. The execution is flawless and the knife opens and closes like a dream.
And it simply doesn't have a bad angle. The liners are solid gold delicately filed in perfect proportion to the rest of the knife and the back spring is rope filed as well. The knife is perfectly detailed with gold pins, gold bale, gold thumb stud and toothpick as well.Bary Davis is one of our favorite makers and this subtle folder demonstrates why. This is sole authorship at it's best!
