Comments: This is a wonderful and rare giant clip-point folder by Kaj Embretsen. It was made for the 2007 AKI and there is only one other like it! As you would expect this is sole-authorship piece from Kaj. There are gold pins throughout, and the back-strap has a hand-checkered release and is beautifully filed to boot.

The fossil Mammoth scales are superb, and have the most wonderful blue-green color. The liners are delicately filed all the way around and are extremely clean and even. Five bar damascus is extremely difficult to make - and Kaj does it about as well as anyone. There are three gold pins in the blade instead of a nail-nick, and there is a gold bail to complete the package. A simply stunning knife!
