Comments: A superb knife from the 2006 by Sole Author Henry Frank. Henry does it all, including engraving, and this outstanding classic Dagger rear-lock is no exception. The knife opens and closes flawlessly, and Henry's unique and stylish engraving is simply wonderful. The bolsters, liners, pins, back spring, tweezers, toothpick and escutcheons are 14k Yellow Gold, and the entire knife is simply a masterpiece!
And according to Henry this is the largest gold blade knife he has ever made!
We also know that with the current price of gold compared to 6 years ago, the knife could not be made today for what we are asking! And the knife is as finely made as any Frank we've seen of any vintage - promise!
Henry has been a member of the Knife Makers Guild for more than 30 years, and is an original member of the prestigious San Diego Art Knife Invitational (AKI). His work is also featured in one entire chapter in David Darom's book on the worlds finest folding knife makers, and he is considered a legend in the knife making community. Henry's only makes 6-8 knives a year and they are extremely difficult to come by. Don't miss this chance to own something utterly remarkable.
