The scales are a superbly matched pair of presentation-grade Fossil Mammoth Ivory , and the entire package is beautifully engraved by Master Julie Warenski-Erickson. The engraving covers all of the handle rivets as well as the guard and sheath in gold inlay and scroll work, and is in the classic Julie Warenski style of recent years.
