Comments: Every once in a while you run across a new maker who seems to show incredible potential right from the start - and Rodney Watts of Hot Springs, SD is just such a maker. Neighbor and friend of slip-joint wizard Rusty Preston, Rodney credits Rusty with showing him the knife making ropes just a few years ago.
We love Rods wonderful original shapes, such as this updated Clip-point pattern, as well as the flawless satin finish on all of his blades. His unique filed tangs and absolutely stupendous Fossil Mammoth Tooth scales complete the picture. The knife was nicely engraved by talented artist Bruce Christensen.
But there is only one problem - the knives are way to inexpensive!
Rod is totally committed to making the best knife possible and we can't wait to see what the future holds. Our guess is that he is headed for greatness - but of course only time will tell. In the mean time don't miss the chance to buy one of these stylish fixed blades for a price that is embarrassingly low!
