A man with two full-time careers, Jean-Pierre produces one-of-a-kind proto-type parts for the French Ministry of Defense when he is not making knives. This high level of technical expertise and broad experience fabricating a wide variety of high-tolerance, one-of-a-kind parts, means he is uniquely equipped to make a wide variety of knife styles with the highest possible levels of fit and finish.
